如何保持头发浓密？建议养成这5个好习惯

谁都希望自己的秀发，一直保持浓密乌黑的状态。很多人都在抱怨洗头的时候总会看到很多掉落的头发，尤其是长发的女性，更是掉的让人心疼。

为什么头发越来越稀薄了呢？很可能是你洗头的时候，没有养成这5种好习惯，一起来看看吧。

1、洗头不要太勤

女孩子最好不要每天洗头，因为一天的时间头发不会产生很多的油污或者是灰尘。相反你这样每天的清洗头发，会让头发中的营养流失的更快。头皮造成破坏，从而整个发丝也会变得更加脆弱。

建议：每周洗头2-3次就可以了，已经能起到清洁作用。

2、先用护发素再用洗发水

相信不少人都认为肯定是先用洗发水，再用护发素，但是正是这种“想当然”的做法，其实想要达到理想的洗发效果，应该先用护发素去柔顺头发，这样会让头发更加蓬松和控油，而且还能减少掉发。

3、选择合适的洗发水

想要拥有一头好发质，洗发水是关键。

4、洗头别用手用力抓

每次洗头的时候，我们都会用手指揉搓头发，抓头皮，为了让头皮清新更干净。但是过度的用力，会破坏头皮，还会被抓疼。

5、选择擦干或晾干
相信很多人洗完后，都会选择用电风吹吹头发，这样快速又方便。但是长期吹热风，就是快速的将头发中的水分吹走，头发会越来越干枯。不仅如此，吹风机的功率越大辐射越大，不建议孕妇和孩子使用。
